Shipping Information

The following shipping conditions apply:

We only ship insured.
All prices include VAT.

Shipping is exclusively climate-neutral (GoGreen service) within Europe. DHL's climate protection projects offset CO2 emissions.*

Germany :
We charge a flat rate of 6 euros ( €) shipping costs including insurance. For orders over 130 euros (€) we ship free of charge.

Austria (EU) :
We charge a flat rate of 14.49 euros (€) for shipping, including insurance. For orders over 130 euros (€) the shipping costs are reduced to 8.49 euros and for orders over 250 euros (€) we ship for free.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway (non-EU) :
We charge a flat rate of 26.99 euros (€) for shipping, including insurance. For orders over 100 euros (€) the shipping costs are reduced to 21.50 euros (€) and for orders over 500 euros (€) we ship for free.

EU-wide :
We charge a flat rate of 14.49 euros ( €) for shipping, including insurance . For orders over 130 euros (€) the shipping costs are reduced to 8.49 euros and for orders over 250 euros (€) we ship for free.

International:

We charge a flat rate of 44.99 euros (€) for shipping, including insurance. For orders over 2,500 euros (€) we ship free of charge.

Please note:

Possible customs and tax costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Costs may vary from country to country. Your shipment has the full order value declared on the package.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified, delivery (Germany) of the desired goods will take place within 3 - 7 working days.
For international deliveries it can take up to 18 days.

Please note the respective shipping times of DHL and the deliverers in the respective receiving country.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
